Drucke und f\u00fclle das Formular aus und lasse es von beiden Erziehungsberechtigten\/gesetzlichen Vertreten (sofern vorhanden) unterzeichnen. Diese best\u00e4tigen damit die AGB von Velocity Region Aachen.<\/p>\n

Sende das Formular, deinen Personalausweis sowie den Personalausweis beider Erziehungsberechtigten\/gesetzlichen Vertretern als Scan oder Fotokopie an info@velocity-limburg.nl<\/a>.<\/p>\n
